No way she speed-painted it herself. It's the exact thing. Same clothes, same pose, same eyes, same tail, same hair, even the background is the same. She only recolored it and added a filter. Stariaat's is the original because it was posted in 2017, and cloudia's in 2018. She shouldn't even be on YouTube or Deviant Art at her age. Please stay quiet and think a bit about the logic in your words before typing. Even more proof, check cloudia's favorites and then her gallery. Everything is recolored.

But to make it clear, recoloring or tracing is NOT included in "having a style". Recoloring and tracing are actually in the "Stealing" category, if done without permission from the owner, and claudia did NOT have permission. Art styles are about how you draw, and stealing is also NOT included in "having a style", if that isn't enough to show you what recoloring and tracing are. Don't start about how many use bases. They are not the same things. Bases give you the permission from the owner; bases are fully customizable, so you can develop a style and try new stuff that you can actually publish. Recoloring and tracing are not bases, nor styles.
Everything summed up: Recoloring and tracing are not styles, they fit in the category of stealing.
