Bio #16: Chisei (male)

A Guardian of the Cosmic Galaxies, Chisei is a relaxed going with the flow, but strict pokemon. Living for many years, he travels the world in search for adventure and treasures. Despite that, he does return to Bright Village to train Tobii, the newest Guardian of the Cosmic Galaxies.

Though he is a relaxed Guardian, he can't help but get an earful from Laiba. He doesn't seem to mind, though.

He, as you can see, is a shiny pokemon, so his forms are also shiny, his true form being a blood-red mew instead of a navy blue one. He uses his arms to attack aggressively, especially when his friends are in trouble.
