Update 10/25/2019: This bank has been discontinued from the Starloid seriesYaaaaay another free VB for you guys!!!!
This one is so freaking old though XD I think I recorded it almost a year ago! (the files say March 31st so lol)
Anyways, the OTO isn't perfect, but I doubt this will be used too often since no one seems to use Sango's list besides to use Neko's english XD
This voicebank is encoded to be used for Japanese songs so you can make her sing in JP AND English :3
Also, some of the info got jacked up because i don't pay attention
