Blast from the past! ...Or at least I think these designs are from the past. I can actually recall only two of these from the time I've been watching the show.
I see you're rather just redrawing the original art in this one, instead of making your own impression (and it's not a bad idea). You can learn a lot while doing that.
Well, your marker skills are definitely on a pretty high level. That's one steady hand you got there
Nice choice of colors. You must have a ton of markers in stock. Did you use the markers right away or did you make a sketch with a pencil first?
The coloring on Misdreavus is kinda overdone. At some parts it seems that the ink has soaked up into the paper a bit too much and it's "spilling" out of the original boundaries. Or maybe it's just the photo doing that. Other than that it seems to be very well done overall. Good stuff

I recall only two as well. Probably because they're all mostly newer Pokemon, and I took them because they were simple enough.
I drew so many Pokemon in one place and I'm not experience,d I can't yet mess around and draw them my way
I am trying hard with markers, that's what happened to Mis - I experimented too much since it was the first Pokemon I drew.

Still can't get rid of the feeling, they were drawn just like they are draw in digital ?
Anyhow, I really like the colors, you did a good job there ^^ I always liked this violet star, looking baddass and all buffed 
I know only two pokemon from here,ghost and star.
Have you ever tried to do outlines with black marker ?

The outlines ARE done with a black marker, only very thin. You know, it's art to manage to draw something and make its markings/colors stand out even without black marker?

I was searching for weird pokemon in their first form, that I didnt see a lot. If I were drawing my favorite it would be Chikorita, Shaymin etc.
