Quick practise.Tartu and Tallinn, with their personalities switched. Because I sometimes feel that they represent their respective cities better if their personalities were switched... I don't intend to actually go through with it though - I'm fine with Tallinn with Tartu's personality (infact, I think it's hilarious), but Tartu with Tallinn's personality... It's... scary...
Following Tallinn's thought pattern, Tartu's cockatiel would be called named Peking after Peking duck.
Ahhh! I'm working on all my ATs I promise! I just haven't been able to draw lot lately... Sorry!

Tartu? XD Well, at first glance, he might seem a bit stoic and arrogant, but his coldness is a result of not knowing how to properly express himself and being absent-minded (he doesn't react to the things around him because he is too deep in his own world to even notice what happened). He's got an above average intelligence (something he likes to tell everyone he meets and reminds them about it reguarly), but is as eccentric as he's intelligent and lacks a deeper understanding in non-academic things. His mind works in a rather unusual way and can often come across as inconsiderate and selfish because of it, even if his intentions never are malicious. Despite being Estonia's oldest city, he's still young at heart and has a childlike wonder and love for the world and people around him, so he's actually a very sweet person, albeit awkward and tactless.
That... would be the easiest way for me to describe him? XDD;

Haha XD Trying to stick with the basics: at first glance, Tallinn is a charming, albeit quiet and a bit quirky young man. He's not shy, just quiet. He's been a trading city since he was very, very young, and so is used to be around people and knows his way around them - he's the type of salesman who can make you leave with a boat and a summerhouse when you just came in for a fishing rod. He also has a mischievous streak and uses his knowledge on people for mischief and practical pranks. A bit on the self-important side too, as he's helped lifting Estonia's economy pretty well (to the point that he sometimes forgets about the other towns and think that Estonia consists of only Tallinn).
The "scary" thing about Tartu with Tallinn's personality is that Tartu's pranks and mischiefs would be twice as big and troublesome, as well as not entirely as harmless (being the capital, Tallinn thinks of himself as Estonia's face outwards, so he keeps all his fun relatively harmless and tame. Tartu isn't a capital and with Tallinn's personality he wouldn't draw any lines on how far he is allowed to go and would go all out, even playing mind-games and screwing with peoples' heads if he felt like it.). >.>

He would have a bird if he had Tallinn's personality. XD Otherwise, the closest thing he has to a pet is his tomato plant that he calls Toomas.
(I am very fond of Peking the cockatiel though. ;o; So maybe Imma give Tartu one after all... It probably can sing too!)
