Yeah i know,i know,i know!
This is like my 5-6th Enchantix i think :/ I just can't make one REAL enchantix! This one is pretty cute i gueuss,but its more like she have ballet tutu and ready for class,huh? And wings are horable aren't they?I mean i just CANOT make good enchantix wings,even with Kshushi's awesome tutorial :/ 
Aaaa well if someone wants to try making her wings,be my guest <3

Yeah but thats how all girlz have their enchantix,right? Execpt Musa,she have yellow wings,so she is only reason they stayed this color

The wings would be good, if you would add more colours like yellow, a bit more blue.
And for the lines you could use smaller brush. And make the wings lineart with Pen tool (It's in Photoshop, GIMP)
