This pic is really cute. : ) I like her expression a lot! Not quite grumpy, but coupled with the angle you drew her at, it looks like she's sitting down and someone took a picture of her unexpectedly.
The angle looks really good, kinda up and to the side a little.
I like the soft shapes on her face and shoulders, and the kinda "rough" coloring technique looks really good on her skin and hair.
