About
During the time I was looking for inspiration to make Progress Bars, Oceannist 's progress bars caught my eye. They were simple and easy so I recreated my own. But upon browsing her profile it seemed that her request box is closed and below were a lot of unfinished request or requests that were submitted while the requests were closed.

So on a whim, I decided to get all those requests out of the way. Though these progress bars I've made aren't as good as the original; they will have to do.

User: Tsukipii
• Color: Sky icy pale/green blue fading to a darker bright blue (Like the recoloring one above. That exact colour) but with white sparkles inside please
• Border color: Greenish blue like above just the same
• Other: A pretty cloud at the end that has an outline the same as the border colour and moves along as the bar moves up. No animation please.
