They are 12 hour shifts.

Standard length is 12 to 13 hours. No lunch break either we eat at our post while we work.

It is. But it is alright since we get paid a salary instead of by the hour. So even if we only work half the month we get a whole month pay.

Yes! That is how good of shape I will be in. 60 pushups a minute, 60 sit-ups a minutes, a mile in 7 minutes. I will be the healthiest damn old man on the planet.
