Finally done, my second time doing Okita, the dragon's scale and flowers were a pain in the neck, and the sword almost killed me. Been working on it for 10 days, but I had fun. The worst is dunno what to do for the background. The original pic is a bit different, i modified his face when i realized that the sketch looks weird xD.
