Description
This is something I made in my baking class that would typically be served in a classy restaurant.

The brownie has candied citrus peel baked into it, topped with an orange-flavored marshmallow, more candied citrus peel, orange sorbet, and decorated with a dried orange slice and a chocolate ring. I really liked the brownie and the sorbet, I don't like dried fruit or marshmallow's very much, so I didn't care much for those.

There are six recipes in one (brownie, marshmallow, sorbet, candied peel, dried fruit slice, and chocolate ring), if you want any of them, note me specifying which one's you want.
