Ack! I love this!!!! Stags are very near and dear to my heart - and this really speaks to me.
As far as any crits to ad - I'll just throw this out there: When drawing a creature like this, its great to go out to google.com and to an image search for stags or elk. Go through and find one that is similar to what you are wanting to convey, and use that real life image to help inform your drawing.
Doing this will help tighten up any mistakes that can be made by drawing strictly from imagination only.
