What Halloween would be complete without at least one little reference to one of America's first horror writers. The chilling tale of the titular black bird is one of his most famous poems, and I wanted to go that route for today's theme. Only here, a Tim is filling in for the Raven's position on top of a leafless tree. If there's anything I gotta say, it's that I really like how that tree came out. I was going for something that looked totally depraved of all life, and wanted it to be dark without being so dark you can't really see anything.
