This guy is cold-hearted trap master that likes to trap them in the icy cold web net. The mecha spider legs on his back can make him more mobile and more agile than before. In his Secondary and Final form, the vents on the mecha spider legs can spew out cold air to give you a chill. His web-slinging skills is quite impressive that helps him entangle his enemies, slinging from building-to-building, and wraps his enemies to just chill out.

In his Basic and Secondary form, he has a purple helmet that is cold and poisonous as protection. When it broke, it will spew out cold poisonous mist that makes you feel sick for few hours and you get a cold for almost a day. Stay cautious and watch your surroundings closely because this guy might be to spring the cold trap, so you better watch out.
