Part of a series on Total Drama in the ponyverse, or more accurately, the Metaverse, the collection of universes that house ponysona's, universes with varying levels of technology and common media shared with the real world. Two of these universes are the universe GAPG ( great-and-powerful-gamer.tumbl… ) and the Twinkverse.

TD Description:
The Total Drama series is an animated fake reality show, much like in the real world, it features the same premise, same characters, almost everything is the same in the basic level. Changes to fit the ponyverse include a ban on magic beyond basic levitation (except in select challenges) and wings are allowed for regular use, but are not allowed at the drop of shame or again, specific challenges. Wingie's and horn pops substitute for some of the visual gags, and it involves magical creatures sometimes.

Character Description:
Cody's an only foal from the suburbs who's been spoiled all his life. While his ample allowance easily buys him every trend-setting, techno-gadget, teen-savvy accessory required to be on the "cutting edge of cool", he cannot buy the personality required to back it up. Despite spending most of his time in the local mall (since that's the best place to study teams in the throes of "being cool") none of its helped his cause. Unfortunately, Cody doesn't know any of this. He thinks of himself as the coolest-colt-in-all-of-the-burbs (his words). At his prep school, Upper Crust College, he is considered pretty cool (but that's only in a select group of guys who belong to the Albert Equinestein Fan Club- i.e. all geekier than Cody.) So while he brags about knowing the "cool code" (he doesn't) and has devoted his whole life to studying it and mastering it (not really) and totally scores it with the fillies (all myth and no legend), his real strengths are in the maths and sciences, which isn't exactly your typical "cool colt" skill set.

Differences from Original:
Harold and Cody bond immediately, but Cody refuses to publicly associate with him, claiming it would destroy his "rep".
Noah nibbles affectionately on Cody's ear while he's asleep, and the shock is from Cody screaming and declaring "I like Gwen!"
Cody is the first to use magic to affect the dodgeball game, building a magical charge so Katie couldn't avoid it.
Cody's fear is to have to disable a time bomb without using magic, and as such, he has a clamp stuck on his horn to prevent magic during his challenge
Cody mentions in a confessional that he's scared by the fact that his stalker can fly and he can't, leaving little place to hide.
When Duncan and Gwen's kiss is revealed, he bucks Duncan into Courtney, who growls at him.

Personal Opinion on Character:
I...well.... Cody is one of the few characters in TDI that I plain just don't like. I don't hate him, I just... don't like him. He's a jackass with no concept of his own actual attractiveness and acts like a pimp when nobody cares, and while he is nice, he's just so utterly annoying to me as someone who dislikes the "I'm bringing sexy back *trips and falls*" personality type that I can't stand him. The only thing I like involving him are his interactions with Sierra, and not because I like them as a couple, I like how the universe listened to him ramble on about how much the ladies love him, and then sent him exactly what he asked for. Like he says, "She's the stalker girlfriend I thought I always wanted!" It's ironic and entertaining to see him deal with what he thought was his perfect girl.
