Hahahah, well this is the first time ever I’ve written so much about the little fairy Nynu! You might remember her from these images [link] [link]

Well, since the Ocarina of Time story is scrapped, but I still wanted to use Nynu, I decided that she could very well enter the Wind Waker universe instead!
Also, since, well, Nynu doesn’t have so much that needs a reference, I decided to merge her bio/reference along with her North sea picture.

And well, I kept her pink look, simply inserted it into a Wind Waker fairy-looking design!

Name & Titles: Nynu

Specie: Fairy

Current Age: She’s a young adult, but her exact age is unknown.

Gender: Female

Date of birth & zodiac sign: August 16, Leo ♌

Birth place: Mother and Child Isles

Currently lives at: She moves around in the North sea, but mostly stays on the larger islands.

Alignment: Neutral good

Occupation: Unemployed

Personality:

• Curious and tend to poke her nose into others business, but she usually always has a good intention with it, since she loves to help people.
• Craving to help others, she always wants to help, since that’s the only thing she believes will make up for her lack of magic.
• A bit unsure about herself since she’s not the best with magic. But she keep trying to get better.
• She can become really hot headed if things don’t go as planned, since she can’t handle her frustration so well.

Backstory: She spent most of her first years on the island of the Fairy Queen, learning from her as well as the other fairies how the world works and what duties a fairy has. She has always wished to gain the power of a great fairy, and hopes she one day might become one, it’s her biggest wish. When she grew older she decided to travel to the North sea since there was already so many fairies in the Great sea, and the North sea is closer to her home. Once there she began traveling over the larger island, trying to find people who needed help and guidance. She usually helps people find lost items.

Likes:

• Berries.
• Meeting fairies of all kinds.
• Helping people.
• Cleaning her wand, she likes it clean and shiny.
• Gemstones.
• Winning arguments.
• Boiled beans

Dislikes:

• Cats, because she always gets chased by them.
• Birds as well, same reason.
• Rain, because it’s wet and cold and her wings gets wet and she can’t fly.
• Fire, she’s okay with candles and small oil lamps, but otherwise she can be nervous around fire.
• The smell of old books and dust.
• Stubborn people.

Weapons:

• She might use her wand to poke you, but that barely hurts. Unless she pokes you in the eye, but still, it barely counts as a weapon.

Magic:

• Like most faries she can heal people, but she lacks a lot of magic power and can only heal smaller wounds.
• She can make things float, but only small things, like jars, rats, children and other thing of similar sizes and weights.

Other abilities and strengths:

• Fly.
• She’s really good at tracking things.
• She can sense of magical energies.

Weaknesses:

• Extremely small and fragile, one hit with your fist and she’s out.
• If she gets wet she cannot fly.
• Not so strong to begin with.

Trivia & extra facts:

• Nynu has never had a Wind Waker design before.
• Since Nynu was earlier only in my Ocarina of Time-based story (story scrapped) she was only drawn as a pink orb with wings, until now.
• Nynu was introduced when Ganea got an Ocarina of Time version, and has since then been considered as Ganea’s fairy companion, but again, things has changed: Nynu will not be Ganea’s fairy companion in the North Sea story.
