He can warp light and energy particles to create blasts, light/energy constructs, and visually warping attacks of many kinds. While this ability is his main mean of attack he can also use it in a harmless way to warp the light around him to create illusions.
Reality warping
When trying really hard and using all his power as one he can warp reality as we know it and force it to stay that way for a longer period of time. This power is however very unstable, takes a lot of energy, and he can end up harming himself from using it.

ABOUT

History:

Not a lot is known about Baxter as he rarely opens up about where he comes from, but those who know him well enough can tell he's a troubled person. No matter what's going on in his mind he usually keeps a happy demeanour and prefers to have fun over getting stuck on his problems.

A couple years ago he ran into Prince Orion , a rather odd happening seeing as Baxter was your common fool while Orion was the heir of the throne. No matter how unexpected it might be, the two became very close friends, so close they both fell in love with each other, but none has dared to take their relationship further. They both know about each other's feelings, but Baxter still struggles to accept he's good enough for someone like Orion, and Orion in turn allows Baxter his time and space to figure things out.

Being a traveller and entertainer, Baxter often has to leave Orion to perform, but always comes back to him like a little boomerang. Nothing can keep them apart for long, and he's always happy to return with new stories and gifts.
