Description
This was a drawing I did of Aghavni way back when and looking back on it now, I really like how it came out. So, I decided to post it.

Think of this as her final goodbye to Owphiyr when he's transferred to another concentration camp. Sad sad day.....It kind of went like this.

The snow had covered the barren land. It hid the small mounds filled with flesh and bone, starved and beaten after a hard day of digging those holes. Stripes and grey terraces filled the area with some sort of value to this hushed and white scene. It didn't give any comfort but more a chilling mass of terror in the hearts of those wandering aimlessly through the snow.

She had made a friend in that man. He was a man of red hair and orange eyes that burned with determination and a breath of life that she hadn't seen before in anyone that had walked through the walls of this camp. The skeletons plodded and plopped all across the frozen mud banks but not him. No. Nothing seemed to put him down nor did he let anyone attempt to drag him under.

And there went the doors that lead the cars away....

She would miss him, that man who shared her pain of searing flesh that seared back in time. The pain of stitch and patch, their bodies intwined together in a sickening mixture of flesh and blood. The pain of cold and heat so applied to drive the mind mad and break their already skeleton frames. The pain of their bodies that would suffer and continue to be abused but their souls lived on deep within those walking corpses.

Her brown eyes found amber, a soft smile gracing her lips. Her hand raised tenderly to tip the fingers downward in a melancholy wave.

"Goodbye, my friend, the one with the hopeful fire. It warmed the ice water heart that beats forever in my chest"

....if only for a moment in this cruel life that is immortality.
