Kenny is #30c, we're not sure if his offical name is Kenny, but I heard somewhere that #30c was based after Kenny and the Chimp.
XD We never see his face in the epi A.R.T.I.C, so there are alot of interpitations on how he looks like under his mask.
Kinda like how some ppl draw Malchior with purple hair, and others with white or black hair. XD
