Frenzy is part of a fan theory from a roleplay I’m doing with someone. The idea being that if Chaos were a neutral-type creature, like the Chao he guarded in Sonic Adventure, then what if there were two others like him; a dark-type and a hero-type? Frenzy is a hero-type, and the dark-type is Turmoil, who I’ll post more art of later.
