Very simple but very detailed. That's how Disney does their work. You create something simple but rememberable then it is easy to duplicate, this character would be perfect for a manga or comic strip.

Hello. I am from ProjectComment and I would like to critique your piece. For starters, it looks simple, but it fits really well with how simple it is. Also, despite its simplicity, you seem to have done a great job with shading, at least given the quality and simplicity of the image overall. In fact, even this looks a good deal on par if not better than the stuff I have in my gallery. One thing that I can see improving, even with the style and level of this piece, is the lineart. As my gallery probably shows, lineart is not necessarily easy to do well. I feel that, while this lineart is fitting for the piece at hand, I feel as though it could be polished and only make the piece look better overall. Also, proportions could also be tweaked a little. The legs and shoes in particular look a bit awkward compared to the rest of the body. Also, I find it a bit strange that one sleeve of the sweater covers the entire arm while the other does not. I could understand this being a deliberate design choice, but I still feel as though this minor detail could also be tweaked. Another minor detail is the strings right under the neck area. They look fine but could maybe use some extra polish or a slightly different color from the rest of the sweater. Finally, and this is a nitpick admittedly, the background I feel could be transparent, showing only Samantha's design and the colors you chose. I don't particularly mind this background but I feel like it could look better with a transparent background. Overall, amazing job here! I love it!

Thanks, I drew it so that it is simple so i can draw her faster and not forget small details. The lines are meant to be sketchy, but my execution of this i think isn't really of what i had in mind. The the proportions i only truly noticed that when I posted it.

That makes sense. I'd say that with that style in mind, the execution turned out better than they usually do for mine.
