An attempt to draw a sinister unicorn without resorting to cloven hooves, black fur, or bat wings. (That said, I gave him a skull-head, razor sharp teeth, and glowing yellow eyes, so I can't claim to be free from every creepy cliche...) I tried to go for an old-fashioned military look, giving him metal plating reminiscent of the armor used on knight's warhorses, a sword-like horn, and wings based on the massive ornamental wings worn by the Polish Hussars (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_h… . The humanoid hands and feet are entirely there to be weird and creepy.

As his appearance suggests, he's a bloodthirsty warrior, living for the thrill of battle. Like any good unicorn, his horn is filled with magic: in this case, magic that gives him power over any wound his horn inflicts. If he deems an opponent's performance in battle dishonorable or cowardly, he may curse their wounds with unstoppable bleeding: those who run from a fight with him may find themselves slowly but surely bleeding to death over the course of the next few hours or days. Conversely, he may decide to heal the wounds of an exceptionally courageous opponent, to prolong the joy of battle, and give him room to inflict some more.

His wings are far too small and sparsely feathered to fly with,and don't really do much except rustle a bit when he gallops.
