Well, here it is a portrait for Teiris with her new outfit...C: I always liked to do something alike for a long time but unfortunately my availability to continue this hobby is not that much. Kind of a little bit upset with what I do really... Not actually proud of my art for various reasons...
I don't feel that my art can touch others the way I thought before... I feel that my art has a hollow that I can't close because I don't even know how to... So this truly explains my lack of motivation, constant art-blocks and higher concentration just in commissions and requests by which is easier for me to make...
Anyway, out of my problem with this hobby of mine, I'm also concentrated in a beautiful project with some other friends as well which kinda helps me to have a higher motivation. ^^
As for the drawing, here Teiris is represented how is her reality! She doesn't care about beauty... She always preferred people to see more than that, and due to her final destiny, she ends up to be a sad character, even tho she still can smile and help others of course. But inside of her heart, she's lonely. >( I may change this somehow...XD I'll see, but so far this is the idea I have for her.
Plus, yes! The flowers are the principal flowers of Innocentia with the name of: Selphinia Luxe
About the style, I tried a more anime/real stylish for the drawing and with more detailed and thin lines. C: Kind of the tinier version of my lately lineart type I use. XD Also, I have changed a little thing here and there in her outfit, principally in her shoulder! I like this one better.
And I'll change the character sheet in the future.I hadn't colored because as I said, I don't feel to do it so far or in these upcoming days due to the fact I'm absolutely unmotivated...
However, you're free to do it if you like to. ^^ For that, you have to ask me for the white and without watermark version. C:

Yeah indeed! I was about to make her a happy character, then a sad one but then I thought about joining both...XD That's why Teiris got really many changes and proceeds! Se can end a bit sad, but not everything ends bad! ^^ And you're right, it's great to mess up with them. XD
The bad thing is that I'm not forcing and not even that way is coming back... Maybe because I don't have faith in my works anymore... DA kinda took that from me during the years due to some things I saw and got me quite disappointed...and due to my subscribers as well...

There is one type of coloring that I wanted to truly make it as my own style, but everytime I try comes another format from what I truly wanted... That's why i get unmotivated because I use everything and I don't know what's missing...or why sometimes it doesn't get so decent like I see in many other artists...

Maybe you are having a bad day with it or maybe like I said you are pushing yourself too hard, don't beat yourself up about it be positive and proud, don't feel bad about it, besides you can always give it another go, but in your own time, don't rush or anything, just go nice and slowly

Unfortunately my dear, I'm not feeling like one so far now... So much happened to me this last days that now my vision is quite different... I don't "feel" my evolution at all! Plus there are people where I found that they lie to me, saying that my art is wonderful and then I discover that is truly not appreciated.
Actually DA already gave me a lot of disappointing moments, and these together with my personal reasons, the feeling of an artist is vanishing little by little...
Perhaps this is because I'm already at DA for 5 years...lol But instead of finding good stuff and people, I just found the opposite...

Whatever people say about your work forget about them, you know for a fact that your works are beyond expectations.
Sure your gonna get these people who say bad stuff but remember to take it as a pinch of salt, don't let it get to you or get you down.
You know your arts are very beautiful and that includes your story writing.
It's not about how good your art is, it's about attitude and if you feel your art is good then that is all you need.
Trust your feelings, don't listen to those idiots listen to yourself and ask yourself this: is it really worth letting those idiots get you down?
So listen to yourself and to those who are close to you

Awww, you're indeed right. ^^ Sometimes that kind of people know our weak points and so they know how to bring us down... So what we must do is surpass them through the fact of getting different and looking and going to another way to avoid them completely and somehow learn with the entire process!
Thanks to your words and what passed through all of this I came by to have some kind of different feeling about the entire situation... I still noticed people trying to make me feel positive about my hobby and friends/people that actually enjoys what I do. ^^

There alot of bad people on DA make its hard to see the good ones, but they are on here. You just have to be carefull who you talk to and trust. Dont take the harsh comments to heart, try make it a positive and something you can laugh about.

I can understand what it feels like to be unmotivated to go forward, but that is when you have to dig your heels in even deeper. I can't really say anything because I am in a similar situation, but I just want to say don't give up, and if you believe in God, have faith in Him and go forward. It helps me a lot, so I hope it helps you too.

Well, that's sad... If you're in a similar situation perhaps you can understand me... Sadly I' discovering that DA is not the world I thought about when I registered here... I'm tired of false people, persons that only think in getting advantage of you! Basically 80% of my watchers just follow my art to see if someday they have the opportunity to have free requests, anything else!
That's why I get tired... All this with the fact that my life doesn't help as well, I lose motivation and credibility in what I do... Perhaps my kind of art is not that attractive or so, I don't know really... But also, this makes me to not "feel" the evolution of my art...
It might be complicated but is what I feel...:/ The reason that makes me still struggling to keep on fighting here are my true and loyal friends...

Yeah, I can relate. However, my advice is don't worry about other people. Did you get into art for yourself or to bring joy to others? Either way, don't let them keep you from your dream. Fight the good fight, and keep going.

Man...its so gorgeous...I have not that much words to tell...her sad expression must have been one of the most dificult things to get in this picture. Somehow i fell sorry for her, because in the end, she had to take the biggest piece of suffering...

Well, Innocentia is a sad story to begin with...XD She passes through a lot of trouble and ends up to lose a lot of things and people she loves, so she quite ends lonely...;_; In the other way around, she's particularly one of the various victims of this story, because she wont be the only one ending like that...D:
