Description
This is Pinky, A P-Pal from PTV, which aired on PBS from 1993-1999. I heard about these little guys when I was 11 y.o. in 2012. I love the P-Pals so much, even though I wasn’t born to see them.This one turned out cute! I went out of my boundaries and added pastel rainbow designs on Pinky. I also added many ways to say hello (with the Canadian “eh!” As well) on the rainbow because he loves saying hello to others. Pinky is such a cute P-Pal and I added a hat on him likes he’s supposed to! Check out these links for the 2019 version:
