That's a very light blue....almost white. And I see you have a white corsage, which just brings out the white in your dress.
I have give the picture a meh, which is an equivalent of a five out of ten. The most interesting aspect of the picture, for me, is the well.

Of course you would, you're the artist. I was just commenting on it because I like being a critic. It's how people get better. Too many people just praise people of their work; it's highly annoying. I like praise and all, but I would also want some critique, so I can make better things.
And I just realised I made a redundant statement. 
So the backdrop is nice, but the pose doesn't seem right for it.

Well, thank you I guess..I do like criticism, don't get me wrong or anything. And the only reason I say I would rate it so high is because it has jake and me in the picture. That's basically the only reason for the love of this picture. Now if it were other people, yes, I might say the angle, lighting, and other details could be worked on.
