This is Otty! A chimereon who i hope to get approved! She's based off of otters and hot chocolate and shes very excitable. She loves being near other chimereons and living things in general. She wanders into civilized areas every now and then but never stays for extended amounts of time. One of her friends (another species I made.) will bring her clothes from the town he lives in every now and then because she admires the outfits some of the civilized creatures wear.
