So this is my new official ref for my girl Cloudburst. I absolutely adore how this turned out, I didn't change her design much but rather I just make a lot of technical improvements (wing editing, jewellery, scars, etc.), and I tried out a new Ref sheet style which I really love, so I hope you guys like it

(I know I've been dead for a while now, I just managed to get a spur of motivation today and ended up with this. I should be able to finish off a little bit of owed stuff now that I've found a bit of a groove again, and perhaps get a couple of adopts done)

Name: Cloudburst
Species: 50% Skywing, 50% Rainwing
Gender: Female
Relations: Mother- Celesta (Skywing-Dead), Father- Irridescent (Rainwing-Dead). Adopted Mother- Sunstone (Skywing), Adopted Father- Gyrfalcon (Skywing)
Adornments: A pair of ruby earrings and a ruby necklace, all of which were given to her by Sunstone and Gyrfalcon.
Other: While she may be a Rainwing hybrid, she appears more like a defective Skywing (such as the case with Sunny), and the only thing that changes colour is her eyes, which changes only with her mood, she can't control them (hence her eyes being pink in the image, because she is happy). Her wings are much smaller than a normal Skywing's, which can make it difficult for her to fly, and so she's better at gliding than anything else, and she is the size of a Skywing runt, making her generally smaller than other Skywings her age. She also cannot breathe fire, but doesn't have the ability to shoot venom either, often earning her the name Fireless from other Skywings.
Bio: Because she is a Skywing hybrid, she is an outcast among the Skywing tribe. Both her mother (a Skywing) and father (a Rainwing) were killed by Queen Meadowlark of the Skywings, and Cloudburst would have died too if Meadowlark knew where she was, but a caring pair of Skywings took her in after a few years of Cloudburst living alone in the Rainforest kingdom, which quickly sent them plummeting in the Skywing ranks, although they managed to protect Cloudburst and couldn't care half as much about their rankings as they do about her. Because she is an outcast many don't even dare to talk to her, and so she didn't have any friends until she went to the rainforest, so she used to get very lonely, and hates not being around other dragons now that she has friends, but she was happy to at least be alive and with caring parents while in the Sky Kingdom. She doesn't like to fly much as her wings are much smaller than normal and so she struggles to fly, but she likes to practice her gliding as much as possible to keep her wings as strong as she can. She is far more adept at surviving in the rainforest, she has a keen eye for spotting camouflaged Rainwings and her tail is far more prehensile than a common Skywing's, and she feels at ease gliding among the trees and walking along the branches of the rainforest.
