This guy is just too funny, I HAD to doodle him. Probably one of my favorite villains from a cartoon that's actually pretty funny. Although, I wouldn't recommend binge-watching it... I learned that the hard way.

Just a quick little thing I wanted to make, isn't entirely perfect. In my own opinion, overall shape is nice, but the shading I could've done better.

Lord Hater is from Disney's "Wander over Yonder" Check it out if you want a good laugh, and stick around for this minister of mayhem and his lieutenant Commander Peepers. Lieutenant, commander, they're basically the same. R-right? I don't know military terms.
