I made a new TIE Fighter last week. Well, new to me. It’s the old 1/48 Fine Molds kit that’s been around for a while. I have a TIE in 1/72 scale (that’s what every TIE fighter on this page has been so far), but I wanted one that I could mount from different positions besides just the bottom. This one has two 1/4-20 mounts: one one the bottom, and one on the back. It’s pretty versatile. This one also has “glass” in the cockpit, so you get realistic reflections. Helps make it look bigger, maybe? This image also features my resin-printed 1/48 Y-Wing. This is the first image I have done with it facing towards the camera. Had to get one last image in before the end of the year!
