Well it took me way to long, and I apologize for the long wait. Here is 's character Hawk Hrothgar as an anthro. I used the reference sheet in the link below.

I experimented with this picture actually. I wanted to try a picture that didn't have my black sharpie outline like on most of my other pictures, and so I just went with this picture without an outline. It was a challenge because I didn't have an outline to base my shadows off of, but that allowed me to be a bit more free where to place folds and such, which I did like. Overall, I enjoyed working on this picture from start to finish, though it just took a very long time to get me started.

The picture was a little dark, so I tried to brighten it up on the computer a little bit. I'll change this out for the original if you are wanting it a bit darker, but either way will do.

Tbh nothing in particular, I just want to draw a super detailed character but am feeling lazy in terms of coming up with said character. I'm game for pretty much anything.

I remember your initial expression when I asked your opinion the first time I showed you this pic as a sketch. You must really like the expression. I like the boots a lot too, was fun trying to come up with them

Looks pretty awesome, amigo. The less emphasized outlining allows more of the small detailing to shine through- it's an interesting new approach to your traditional style.

Can't identify any specific flaws in this piece, but I can suggest a new editing technique you may find useful. Basically, you just do a horizontal flip on your drawing to get a mirror image. There are often times that I'm able to spot a mistake from the other side that I couldn't see originally. When I first discovered this, it was enormously helpful to me, since I could identify most mistakes almost immediately rather than with hours of scrutinizing the linework

Thanks. I'm glad you like it. It was a lot of fun to do something somewhat different. I'll definitely be doing this more often. Sure gave it a new perspective to work with and more choices for me to do with a picture.

Thanks! The sword was definitely a challenge trying to get that gold looking hilt in there, but it wasn't as hard as I thought it would of been.

Thanks, it's certainly cool to see how the change of one simple part of a picture can affect it so much. I'll probably do more of these in combination with ones with outlines.
