Description I'm not an expert on insects, but I think this is marmalade hoverfly (Episyrphus balteatus). Correct me if I'm wrong.

wow that was an amazing shot. I have a pretty good camera but I don't think even I'd be able to get that shot. But your stuff is pretty awesome regardless
