It is the end of one journey and the beginning of another. I think, when they recast Scrooge for the 2017 DuckTales reboot, they did so with a sense of foreboding. They knew Alan Young wouldn't be returning to the role. I don't know that I'll be able to bear watching the reboot now, no matter how close it may stick to Barks and Rosa's portrayals of Scrooge.

I love the intensity of his eyes. The shading and color palette are very interesting. I could see just enough of Scrooge's outline in his chair to figure out what I was looking at before I clicked on the picture to visit this page. Well done! I love the little details like the shine on his hooves and the ankle wraps.
