From What I'm told this is a sort of what if Orion was raised in Universe 7 time line.
The idea would result in Orion being raised by the Yardrats till his Teens and by practicing his Instant Transmission, he accidentally was found by the Frieza Force and was reunited with Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta. They trained together and Orion was teamed up with Raditz. The two went to Earth to recruit Kakarrot, or Goku. And thus, resulted in the beginning of Dragonball ZX.
