Well thank you for the critique but here was MY thought process when designing. If u re watch when he first "transformed" old Kai told him to do that super Saiyan thing u do.when he powered up his hair did subtly change, more grouped and defined like ss2ish. Again in super he can turn it on and off too much like a SS transformation. The blue I just added for a highlight to make it feel more divine..idk it's not an aura or anything. Anyway just my interpretation. There is a story behind it I'm just working on concept art right now.
