Gratz on getting SAI. I think I can already tell that you're using the stabilizer function, your line seems more consistent and stable.
There is a pretty good chance that you'll like the program, I switched to SAI from Gimp a couple of months ago and I can't imagine going back to Gimp. The only thing I now use Gimp for is text since SAI unfortunately doesn't have any kind of text editor.

SAI's amazing! I don't know why I didn't get it sooner. The stabilizer and canvas tilt functions are honestly indispensable.
I haven't used Gimp in ages, but I don't remember being particularly impressed with it.
I still use my ancient-ass version of PS for similar reasons.

It's been hard for me to pin down a style for pre-CORE Gaster that makes him still recognizable, and tbh I adore the cracks, so I didn't want to get rid of them completely. I figure maybe he got them in an accident a long time ago (probably doing something dangerous without proper safety gear, haha) and the shattering across time and space just made them way worse.
