Based from the original season 5 episode "Sir Topham Hatt's Holiday," the third group-of-three fan art of Thomas, Annie and Clarabel, the iconic "sibling" trio. In the original art on the sketchbook, Thomas' eyes were not pointing downwards to Clarabel, hence have been edited using Photoshop.
