OMG I LOVE IT.
The smile doesn't look too Kakashi-ish because I never saw him with the half-mask thing gone XD; But it's so cute! I love how carefree he looks and the simple background tying it up. The eyes look great too. And don't worry about the shaky drawing, it always feels like that the first time you use it (I think it's the first time you used it, or the one of the first times) At least that was the way it was for me when I started using my Intuos3. Also, it could be that your computer lags, 'cause to get rid of wobbly lines you have to stroke quickly...but if your computer lags it turns angular..
OH GEEZ I RAMBLED. Well, final words about this, I fave it! I love this!

Ah, my computer isn't the problem, it's my lack of hand-eye coordination with the tablet. I had a 9x12 Intuos GD (oldskool) but only used it a dozen times so I have to start from scratch. Thanks for the encouragement though
