-Payment is due up front. I will not send the adopt file before I receive full payment.
-After you buy the character design it's fully yours but you must credit me for the original design.
-Please only serious offers/bids.
-The payment must be made within 24hours, if I haven't received payment without any reasons, I will put the adoptable up again.
-No refunds or returns.
-You are allowed to resell adoptables bought from me for the same price you bought it for. Unless selling with additional paid for art.
- If you want to resell your character. Please inform me, I would like to know who owns my adoptables. This is also to avoid theft or new owner misunderstandings
-Gifting is allowed, but please make sure the person you gifted it to knows the rules as well.
-If the adopt you are purchasing is on a base please respect the base creator's rules and do not edit/recolor unless base is purchased.
-All designs will be placed on TH and transferred once payment is done. If you do not have a TH, the design will be tagged with your name and put into the “owner off site file”
-I am not responsible if you lose the file of the drawing. Please make back-ups of your files.

Please do not copy, trace, distribute or heavily reference my adopts or work without permission.
Only re-upload if you are the rightful owner of the adopt/ work.
