Where do you get your gears from? I've been looking for some around my hometown for a while now, and the only place left is this super-expensive art and crafts supply store. (I did not dare to look there, it would only depress me >_<)

Old table clocks with the weird glass bowl things on them have a lot of amazing innards and one of the ones ive taken apart even had a spiffy miniature brass wrench in it XD Be careful you check how much its worth before you break it down though.

The two lenses at the front are from old camera lens disassembled and custom.

They're gorgeouse! It's not too much of gears and other details and therefore doesn't look too excessive like most steampunk googles (sadly) do.
The idea of using an old camera is very clever, ha ha. I guess, every retro-futurism-exployer would adore them |3
