Description
Chernobyl is a ravewing/cagewing hybrid with the hydra mutation. I've wanted to make a rave/cagewing hybrid for a little while now because of how contrasting the two species are, and once the mutations were released (aside from animus and royalty, those are a no go and for good reason) I decided it was time to make this cluster of chaotic energy.

Chernobyl was born to an unusual pairing, a Ravewing and a Cagewing. He spent his childhood being traded between parents every weekend. He'd spend one week with his ravewing mother and the next with his cagewing father. Developing the personality traits of both ravewings and Cagewings, he can be erratic and irrational but also very clever and affectionate. He's fairly intelligent but for the most part it's hard to tell due to his sudden and common fits of snorting laughter and stuttering. He can barely get a word out most of the time but his mind is constantly active with thoughts and opinions he can barely express before he goes into a laughing or stuttering fit. He is quick to anger and and even quicker at placing blame on himself, thinking "If i could have just said something or done something" even when the events that transpire were far out of his control. Whenever he finds someone he cares about is unwell or unhappy he does everything he can to help them feel better. Though his efforts are lost on most because they just think he's a babbling, laughing fool.

He discovered that he had the hydra mutation when he was playing with some blastwing dragonets. Blastwings being known for their love of blowing things up and cagewings being known to spew combustible gas, the dragonets accidentally disturbed some rock in the cave ceiling which fell on his tail and severed it. From the nub grew two more tails, as cool as it was, the dragonets decided they shouldn't experiment with it further.

Due to his unwieldy and awkward body he can't move silently like a cagewing but he does spew combustible gas and can withstand the cold. Like his ravewing mother, his blood, flesh, and saliva are toxic and he has little trouble surviving in tainted and toxic air. His markings also glow.
