He's a scout/spotter swift red fox for the Steampoweredfox team.
"He's got a light belt that has a small leather satchel on the left side where he keeps a journal and writing utensils to record what he sees so he doesn't forget later on, and a holster on the the right side where he keeps a handgun for personal protection while adventuring. It can also be attribute to his occupation as well. He'd probably have a monocular somewhere on the belt for scouting/spotting purposes as well."
