Description From the Shadowrun book "Fields of Fire", FASA, 1994.
Rather than post a zillion files for all the guns I drew for this book, here they all are in one handy chart. ; )

!!! You drew all this? Β YOU ARE A HERO OF MY CHILDHOOD! Β I have 3 copies of this book because the first one fell apart in the late 90s and I wanted a a new copy + a backup copy in case that one fell apart too, lol.

I played a lot of Shadowrun when I was younger.

Oh wow! I never thought at the time that drawing a bunch of hardware would make me a hero (haha), but thanks so much! And it's awfully cool knowing that so many people have hung onto their copies of the books...

I always admired your works for Cyberpunk and Shadowrun most of all.

Thanks so much! Glad you liked 'em. The whole cyberpunk ethos really spoke to me, and I think that particular style of dark sci-fi design really fired up my creative engines better than anything else ever has.

Well, I really hope you'll do new cyberpunk/shdowrun stuff somewhere in the future.

Was the Savalette Guardian based on any one gun in particular? Which one(s)?

I don't really remember, but looking at the drawing, it was probably a mish-mash of a few different Colt pistol designs.

Old version of M121 looks way cooler than the new one.
I really miss the times with all that great - and circumferentially - drawn weapons.....
