While the symbol is accepted in Finland, I highly doubt that the Finnish would actually let a Swastika appear on the flag.

We already do. It is in flag of president of Finland, in flag of Finnish air force and some other flags. If unfair peace treaty which Finland was forced to accept at end of WW2 would not have forced Lotta Svärd volunteer organisation to disband as "fascist" (which it was not) organisation, it would no doubt be in much wider use. Finns are well educated, and i hope most would be smart enough to understand that it is not the symbol itself that matters, it is what you use it for. For example fasces can be used to represent unity and rule of law, or it can be used to represent fascism. Symbol itself is completely neutral, only what you do with it matters.
Symbolism should be taught at schools, no need to teach it too much unless people are interested, but just enough to teach basic things like that. Especially in USA where education is horrible anyways, that would be important.
