Description
Martin is a former Pennsylvania Railroad K4 built by the Juniata Shops in 1927 for passenger service on the PRR's system. He's very humble to other engines, especially his girlfriend Pearl the Pere Marquette Berkshire. When he was retired in the 1950s, Martin was placed in storage at Pennsville with several other engines that were going to be part of the new Cocker Town Railroad Museum and was moved a month after he was retired. In 1982, the K4 was restored to operation and began to haul tourist trains out of Cocker Town before being transferred to work on mainline passenger trains.
