Description
Located several miles East of Williamsport is a small town called Toot. Toot is a peaceful town that has several local businesses, a school district, train station, fire/police station and a few recreational sites near the area. This town is often full of activity during commuter rush hour, mainly commuter trains stopping here to drop off passengers that want off here and trains rushing past them at track speed. While there's very little excitement that goes on in this town, you might enjoy the friendly people that live here.
