I'm not one for 'pairings' but I could sort of see this happening. The Eighth Doctor, after all, was a little more romantic and poetic than his previous incarnations, and Romana II was a more relaxed than her predecessor.

Oh I like this pairing. I could really see Romana II and 3rd Doctor working out most oddly enough. When they weren't annoying the hell out of each other.
