The Host of Galactic Smackdown OCT , and he's in search of the strongest organisms in the entire universe to take part in a tournament. In return, a winner will be selected (last one standing), and he/she/it will be given the last Zerlot Promethium: a crystal that sustains each of the living planets.

Julius is what one might call a jokester, he is lighthearted and funny when he needs to be, but is very serious over a serious matter.
He comes from a rich family in the Gonova sector and have most of his life been allowed to do mostly whatever he wants.
What he is not is a fighter, although he can fight... he isn’t good at it, but he do carry a gun around at all time, just in case, but most of the time he orders his personal elite squad of soldiers if he runs into trouble.
