There are a lot of details in this drawing it's hard to take it all in so I will try to isolate my comments and separate them up by lines in order to more easily gather my thoughts.

Concept & Presentation
Over all this piece has a good layout the way your top banner and the fringe of the dress are going it activates the edges of the page and gives it a lot of motion. That motion of course leads to the centerpiece of the woman who has an eye pleasing form. The shapes are all organic and rounded which is soothing in a way and the character is drawn with a unique style that isn't so generic as a Disney or Anime style but also isn't as over worked as a pseudo realistic western comic book style. The piece gives a sense of time as well not only literally with the inclusion of the year markers but also suggested because of all the spider webs and cob webs present in the layout. She seems to be like a timeless goddess many different dimensions or worlds alive in her environment some strange some mundane. The black and white layout gives it a gothic feel as well as the design of the sign and segmented dimensional panels both in her dress and the sign.

Technique
The pen technique is fairly strong here and nothing feels out of place. When you go black you really go black it's so solid I cannot recognize a single fleck of white in the void. And your hatching seems well organized and less chaotic than many people would do myself included. It looks a little hairy in the upper part of the dress in the teardrops around her ass because of the cross-hatching which is different than how it is on the lower part with a more muscle tissue like look.

Final Thoughts
You clearly have a fair bit of talent when it comes to making a composition and it looks quite nice as it is. I cannot for the life of me think of something to complain about. I am however curious of what it might look like in an alternate colorized version perhaps even in a limited sense then you would have a whole new layer of choice. That is something you may want to fiddle with in photoshop/paint tool sai/gimp. Good work.

Thank you so much! I'll not that I did use some editing to make it really dark, but thank you all the same for this feedback. It means a lot to me.
