Description Time for a word dump!

Gender: Stallion
Race: Unicorn
Skills: Cooking (Specifically, baked goods and pan-cooked dishes that require a high level of skill, patience, and finesse [like créme brulé])
Cutie Mark: Spanish chocolate glazed flan
Residence: The second story of his restaurant, located a couple of streets behind Sugar Cube Corner in Ponyville

History - At an early age, Flan had to spend time by himself in his father's kitchen in Manehattan, keeping busy by playing with the pans. One of his father's cooks sometimes took a few minutes to explain what each pan was used for. Flan would gaze in wonder how a simple tool could be used to make such complex dishes. As he started to age, he began to help in the restaurant, first washing the dishes, then waiting tables, until his father finally allowed him to cook meals. Under the guidance of the same pony who taught him the different pans, Flan began to quickly learn how to craft fine deserts that require constant attention. He got his cutie mark after struggling weeks on trying to perfect one recipe: flan. After many attempts, Flan finally made the dish properly, and served it to his father as a surprise. After his father finished his speech to the cooks on how he had never had better flan, Flan's mark appeared in a flash, astounding everyone present. After two more years in his father's kitchen (during this time, Flan also started to make pastas and soups), he left Manehattan for the opportunities Ponyville offered. After some time searching for talent and clientele, Flan's restaurant, "The Spicy Flan," opened its doors for the first time. "The Spicy Flan," though being a bit pricey for most of the inhabitants of Ponyville, is still acclaimed as having the best food in the area, and is a prime date-night spot for anniversaries and proms.

Personality - Flan tends to be stubborn when he tries something new. He will always keep trying to get something right, even if there is no chance of him ever succeeding. He is able to keep a level head in stressful situations. However, he does get overwhelmed when almost nothing is working for him; when this happens he either whimpers and mutters to himself or gets angry and yells at the slightest provocation.

Physical Structure - Spicy Flan is about as tall as the average Earth Pony, but his slender figure still makes him weight as much as an average unicorn stallion.

Strength: Flan normally cannot lift heavy objects without magic, but can sometimes carry many things at once without the aide of his horn, should the need arise.

Endurance - Flan tires easily when running long distances, but can last hours when standing in front of a cooktop without stopping until the dish is ready. His magic can hold light objects (like salt and pepper shakers) indefinitely, but cannot hold large or heavy objects for very long

Emotional: Flan is generally happy-go-lucky unless he's cooking (in which case he is very serious and focused on what he's doing). he can endure a lot of pressure, but can get overwhelmed eventually

Sport - "Is cooking a sport?" ~Actual Quote from Spicy Flan

Magic Capability (6/10) - Can carry small objects for long amounts of time, but can only lift and hold large or heavy objects just long enough to put them where they need to be. If he holds an object for too long, he will fatigue and fall unconscious.

Fears - Flan is deathly afraid of spiders and rats, and will 9 times out of 10 jump and scream like a little filly for someone to kill it (especially when he's in the kitchen).

Weaknesses - While generally humble, Flan's stubborn pride can get the best of him, driving him to exhaustion just to get a single dish perfect. He sometimes will stay awake for days on end focusing on that dish, and will neglect himself and ignore others until he has attained said perfection, often driving himself to the point of insanity before someone is able to intervene and have him get rest.
