He seems to be fond of using various chemical poisons and natural venoms, one of which leaves his victom a shriveled husk of a corpse, dark green in color, hence his moniker.

Attempts to identify a base of operations have been futile, when one is identified it is quickly abandoned and/or destroyed leaving no viable evidence.

His finances are funneled through a labyrinth of companies, both shell and real.
